VERY LARGE 3-LITER GERMAN BEER STEIN PITCHER. This is a nice old pottery stein from Germany.

It has a deeply embossed design with a woman and man in native costume. The man is carrying a rifle. It is beautifully adorned with vines and birds. It is brightly colored with a cobalt background. The pottery is a cream color.

The stein has a hinged pewter lid with ornate thumb rest. It is stamped #2033 3L.
