A unrestored and amazing decorated saltglazed stoneware beer pitcher. Literatur gives more specifiek information. So jar with the shape of a peer.

The jug itself is 9.84 inch (=25 cm high) diameter 6.29 inch (=16 cm) The Birnbauchkrug more simple but lovely decoration. Only two blue lines with for the rest full of small round flower decorations. Nice dark colbalt blue colors. A very detailed Stein for you're collection.

Almost mint condition, (beside the normal production errors) unrestored (two very thin hairlinecracks on top rim) Westerwald, Rearen, Siegburg and Frechen are the most common places from German stoneware, famous then and still famous now, so a must have in you're collection.
