Antique 1880s Blown Yellow Glass German Beer Stein W/Pewter Mountings-Fantastic. Measurement are approximate but very close. 7 1/2 overall height, diameter of base 4 1/4, far side to furthest point of handle 5 3/4. Weighs 2 pounds 7 Ounces.

The glass is not chipped or cracked, the pewter is complete and is in excellent condition. The lid is secure and opens and closes exactly as intended. It has a very minor rock to it as it sits on a flat surface.

It would be a simple fix, I have chosen to leave it as I found it. The pewter work is exceptional, with character shapes and ornate detail.

I believe this dates to the early 1880s and is extremely rare to find in this conditionthe glass is often cracked. Thanks for looking and Im glad to answer any questions you may have.
